This building is located in the heart of South James Street; the corner of South James and Foster, in the
City of Ludington. The original build is around 1890 with a 20x50 rear addition built in approximately
1910. A mural of Father Marquette, landing on the shores around Ludington encompasses its south side.
There are three commercial units; two storefronts are on South James; the third unit is on Foster. Since
our purchase, the two storefronts on South James have been restored. The space reveals its character
with original tin ceilings and maple floor yet, has the upgrade of efficient heating and cooling systems.
Being in the heart of South James Street brings significant pedestrian traffic to the space. South James
Street is home to various restaurants, breweries and retail; the location of the building is within walking
distance of the event center, parks, marinas, historic car ferry SS Badger, waterfront and all of downtown.
